Countries that understand the need for technical education and require technical skills are moving so fast. Where there is a shortage of technical experts, they need other developed countries to develop.
The younger generation spends half of their time pursuing degrees and half in search of employment. There are a few thousand jobs in the public sector that are bound by chains of recommendation and bribery and young people are employed despite being educated. Failure to do so leads to failure, which leads them to take the wrong path and to commit suicide, which leads to serious action.
If the younger generation is attracted to education as well as skills, it can solve the economic problem.
In today's world, a skilled blacksmith is more important than a writer. A blacksmith is better than a BA degree holder because a blacksmith can easily get a job because of his art. Skilled people can easily generate livelihood and can also strengthen the country's economy. Skilled people play an important role in eliminating unemployment.
The government should increase the number of vocational training centers and keep the fees of these training centers to a minimum so that students can afford them.
There is a system of NGOs working here which is working as a mafia. They take money from the government or from outside countries but in practice it is nothing. A kind of business group. Understand that the government needs this money. Spend directly on the people because there is no check and balance system. The situation is that corruption is done with pride.
The most important requirement of this age is technical skills. Technical training reveals the hidden talents of a person and helps in getting a decent job.
