Education, health, administration, construction and development

                                                         Education, health,

administration, construction and development

Barha's experience in Pakistan has shown that in the past, politicians alone have not been able to govern successfully for long and no military government has been able to succeed without the participation of politicians. Nowadays, martial law is not the preferred route anywhere in the world in general and in Pakistan in particular.

If this analysis is correct to any extent, then politicians and rulers in Pakistan will have to reconsider their current approach to victory and defeat in proportion to their responsibilities. Good leadership builds institutions when given the opportunity and strengthens them by considering them as their hand and arm. Competent management and institutions are the strength and weapon of the government and the rulers. A good rider will always want to see his ride strong and energetic and at the same time increase his ability to ride.

Who knew at the time of the East Pakistan tragedy that in the next few years Pakistan would become the first nuclear power in the Islamic world. Pakistan's nuclear capability is a well-known aspect, but a look at its many hidden aspects reveals that it is a vehicle that has been successfully used for years in the past, with a few exceptions, without a qualified driver. If it can reach, isn't that enough proof of its immense natural abilities and God willing, if even a few talented drivers to drive this car become available, why is it not possible for this car to successfully own for a long time to come? The journey can continue.
The worst slavery of the ruling class in front of the IMF, FATF and
other imperialist institutions is not hidden from anyone today and it has
become clear that the rulers here only play the role of pimps of these
imperialist powers. And real policies are set in the centers of capitalist
power, far from here. In this regard, nationalism, sovereignty and other such
hypocritical rhetoric are now more or less visible in politics.
This advice is taken very seriously by the majority of intellectuals, politicians and other so-called elites that to bow before the imperialist powers is a wise decision and to raise one's head is foolish.
Similarly, several statements have been made by the army spokesperson that they have nothing to do with politics and they do not interfere in the elected institutions but still no conscious person is ready to admit this and for the sake of the present government. The term dictatorship has become a part of everyday life, from the by-elections to the Senate elections to the crores of rupees in transactions, the transport of voters or election staff, the buying and selling and the intimidation of the establishment. Go In the past, a great contradiction between dictatorship and democracy has been presented and the recently formed PDM Alliance has also made a lot of hypocritical fuss in the name of democratic freedom but still they have not been able to impose the fake contradiction on the people.
Today, the fact is that the interests of all political parties, military generals, Supreme Court judges and other state officials are intertwined and they are fully involved in this whole game. The independent status of the judiciary has never been established here and whether it is the first dictatorship of Ayub Khan or the judicial assassination of Bhutto, this judiciary has always been used for the interests of the ruling class. But today, due to the crisis of the system, all the curtains of this judicial system created by British imperialism have been torn and the anti-people role of the judiciary is clear to the public in particular.
The most important development is to make the reality of all political parties and their leaders known to the people. In the Senate election, it became clear once again that just like potatoes and radishes are being sold in the vegetable market, these elected representatives and so-called leaders also have a regular rate and are bought and sold through bidding.
A cursory look at the current system in the country reveals that apart from a few principled and well-mannered people, the people involved in it are aiming to win the election in one way or another through legitimate and illegitimate means. / To remain independent. Meeting election expenses within the available time means mobilizing resources for the next election and using the government administration arbitrarily to deprive your political opponents of their right to life.
In this whole process, there is no room for the welfare of the country, the nation, the ideology, the creed and the people. Humanitarian aid from Europe and the United States as a result of floods, earthquakes and catastrophes is used in our country on a purely personal, group and party basis and in many cases is not even fully utilized due to administrative incompetence.
The identification of such weaknesses does not necessarily mean that our system has become, God willing, irrevocable, but rather that the question is how soon we begin to reform the situation. The focus can be on comprehensive planning for large initiatives starting from scratch. Government should be primarily concerned with politicians and political parties, but in case political parties and politicians come first at the party and political level, they are fully aware of their national goals and duties and plan accordingly. There should be a system of import and then self-accountability or party accountability.
There are some good rules, but enforcing them is a problem. Road construction has been banned since British times. There is a forest protection law.
The anti-corruption laws are very clear but what is happening is just the opposite. It is true that many laws need to be reformed and new legislation is needed for many sectors, but the question is that there is so much capacity within our political system and civil governance as a whole that with a little tweaking. Work needs to be done or more needs to be done.
In this country and society, if the Armed Forces of Pakistan, the most important national institution of Pakistan, can function successfully despite significant difficulties, then it is to be hoped that the rest of the system of government can also be on the path of improvement. If we take a comparative look of government schools, private schools and army public schools, we will find that there is regularity in private institutions, the quality of education is good in some institutions but there is also a big business aspect of profitability.
In contrast, some of the public school institutions that are operating only to the extent of government files and papers are not meant to be mentioned, which exist and are operating regularly, except for the absence of teachers in the rest of the institutions. Given the quality of education and the costs involved, any patriotic person with a broken heart fears what goals can be achieved in the field of education in this poor country with the same catastrophe. There are also a handful of Army Public Schools in these settlements and areas. One can find out if there is any notion of a teacher being absent from an Army Public School.
Where there are complaints of non-functioning of government institutions, absenteeism and other such complaints, some of the health facilities are dispensaries. Generators of civil hospitals, motorcycles, some vehicles and even furniture when transferred to government sponsored homes So what is the cure for the common poor man? Education, health, administrative affairs, construction and development and other sectors
