regular and private students are given to the same problem.

In the society we are a part of, just living is a big front in itself which many people win but a few people escape from this world by choking life with their own hands but eternal life They decide to kill themselves by taking the questions easy.
We are still far behind in education.
Pakistan's literacy rate is 55%. Less developed countries are ahead of
us in education. This policy of HEC can further push Pakistan back in the field of education. It should be that whoever is attracted to education should do so. Although it is important to study at universities as a regular candidate, a student studying as a private candidate is also considered literate.
Now is the time of internet. Private students learn a lot from the internet. They have to work harder than regular students. They have
to wander from door to door. In exams, regular and private students are given to solve almost the same problem. Private candidates have difficulty passing graduation and master's examinations.
If HEC officials do not think about these students, education in Pakistan will be hit hard. The higher the literacy rate, the
lower it will be.

In 2017, the Higher Education Commission directed the Vice Chancellors
of all the universities not to admit students in the programs of two-year BA,
B.Sc. and two-year MA, M.Sc. from 2018. In the notification issued in this
regard. It was said that now the two-year BA, BSc will be replaced by afour-year BS program. This means that after Inter, .four-year BS degree in any subject. If students want to continue their education for only two years after Inter, then they will be given the newly introduced "Associate Degree" by HEC instead of BA, BSc. On April 28, 2020, the HEC issued another notification stating that students who have obtained BA, BSc degrees are eligible for BS. They will be admitted in the fifth semester. That means they will have to study for two more years.
HEC's discriminatory decision is hurting students studying as private candidates. The complete abolition of BA, B.Sc. is a great loss to the poor students who want to run employment and education at the same time, who are studying in universities as regular students due to poverty. Can not do it. That is to say, now such young people should say goodbye to higher education forever, who cannot read regularly, because HEC has completely blocked the way of education for such students
Stress is found in the life of every human being in this world to some extent. Problems are part of our lives, it is very important to fight for survival and keep trying. Everybody goes down to the new field every morning as soon as they open their eyes, but when the sun sets, some people do not return as conquerors. students will have to get a  In the subcontinent, two-year bachelor's and master's degrees were introduced by the British. We hear that Maulana Muhammad Ali Johar had done BA, while Allama Iqbal had done MA in Philosophy. The HEC did not like this old system. Therefore, those in charge decided to change the old system. So BA, BSc and MA, Associate Degree and BSc programs were introduced instead of MSc. Every year millions of students enroll in various universities across the country as private candidates. The HEC's decision was not well received by universities. The HEC had issued instructions to the Vice Chancellors of the universities not to grant admission in BA/BSC from 2019. As a result of the HEC's decision, aspirants to private education will not be able to get an education, which is against basic human rights. The Chairman of the HEC should immediately reconsider his decision, as both the students and the teachers are very upset at the moment and are protesting against the HEC. Private students see their future as bleak. He is currently suffering from severe anxiety.
